Vintage Whiting and Davis Gold Tone Mesh Scarf/Bib Style NecklaceKnown for inventing metal mesh at the turn of the last century, this signed Whiting and Davis gold tone mesh scarf necklace from the 1960's is stylish, chic and an iconic piece from the famous accessory designers.
This original Wh...iting and Davis bib necklace fastens at the back of the neck with a hook closure that is adjustable to fit several sizes. It is 18 inches long plus a three inch extender. The drop is 9 inches. It does have age appropriate wear, mostly on the inside of the necklace, but it's still very wearable and what I consider to be in good vintage condition.
Although this necklace is nearly 60 years old, it remains fashionable and looks beautiful with today's styles. The jewelry I sell is vintage / retro and as they are pre-owned or commercially displayed pieces, they've been worn, stored in jewelry boxes, etc and will show some wear and/ or light scratches.Don't want to pay full price?
