Let me start by saying there is a lot of glare in my pictures, but other than the repair I will describe this is in very nice displayable condition. If you don't have $300+ to spend on one, this may be the right one for you! It stands 8 inches tall. Ceramic or porcelain made by Stanford Pottery, Sebring, Ohio. Cleveland Indians Chief Wahoo - at first I thought it was a bank as there is a slot at the back of his head. But I have since determined it was made... for razor blade disposal. Luckily he has not been used as it is empty. At some point since the 1950s when it was made, there was a clean break across the lower portion - through his mid to upper socks and middle of the baseball bat, that was repaired with glue. I think I could have done a little better job with the repair, but it is decent enough. You can mostly see it at the front of the bat and across the back. Please see my pictures, as I am selling this "as is, " but think you will be satisifed with it if you are a Cleveland Indians fan. I am a Yankees fan and my husband is a Cardinals fan, so time for Chief Wahoo to find a new home in Ohio! Postage $7.50.
