This superb, original and vintage Tag Heuer (1960’s / 70’s) dashboard mounted instrument set is a must for anyclassic rally competitor.
These units have not been used since 1980’s and were in excellent working condition at the time and have been stored in acupboard since then. Wound both units and they are working as the should.
MASTER TIME 8 daysprecision clock with sweep second hand, luminous dial and hands, Hack featurefor precise synchronization with official time ...signal, turning bezel. 15jewels, shock protected. Show either exact time or day or, if started at 12, total elapsed time
AUTORALLYE Decimal dial, 1/5 second and 1/100minute (decimal-) recorder, large hands registers 0 - 60 minutes, luminous dialand hands. 2 crown functions with time-out and locked return, turning bezel. 7jewels, shock protected.Both instruments are in excellent / very good condition. Thechrome shows very few scratches and nearly no pitting however needs a good clean. The bezels are inexcellent condition.
Note the Auto Rallye instrument has a very small scratch toits crystal face (near the 35 second mark) and also there is some discoloration to both sweep hands. Both units are mounted on the original chrome HeuerLeonidas mounting plate together with the original mounting screws. There are only very minormarks on the back.
These elegant Swiss instruments arethe perfect addition for the vintage rally equipment collector and are an excellentcomplement to your classic/historic rally vehicle
