Nice vintage condition - this sign is not new and does have some wear/ nicks as to be expected for age...there is a split on left lower side (see pics)..the sign is wrapped in repurposed barn wood and painted with red enamel...new LED lights...on/ off toggle switch on left side... hangs with 2 chains...really an awesome sign... please see attached pictures for actual condition...20" x 20" x 4 3/8"
