Vintage Ray Robinson Humes & Berg Mel - O - Wah Trumpet Mute

I am relisting this as the center stem that is part of this mute is missing. I apologize for the error in the original listing and have now correct it. Please check the photos carefully.
This is a NOS Ray Robinson Mel-O-Wah Mute for trumpet, that somehow made it's way to Humes & Berg to be finished. The H&B tag appears to have failed to adhere to the mute body and has come off to reveal the Ray Robinson logo. Perhaps when Ray Robinson went out of business, H&B bought up ...their stock and the right to make the Med-O-Wah mute. It's still in the wrapping cellophane which is in poor shape along with a vintage catalog. This is an excellent specimen for a collector or player.
