A seldom seen vise. I searched and searched and only found one that had been sold. Austin Tool does not attract much attention. In pic. 5 you can see a chip out of one of the jaws. With the two bolts you can hold an angled piece of steel. The the tool to turn the bolts is stored in a little hole pic. 7.
The base is 3 1/4" x 2" x 1 1/4".
