You are bidding on this B.C. Ames No. 282 machinist's gauge with its original box and packaging. It appears to have been used and also appears to be complete.
The box measures 3 x 5 1/2 x 2 inches. The gauge is just under 4 1/2 inches long and 2 1/4 inches across the face. Please look closely at the pics for condition.
I am not qualified to say whether this gauge is in working order. The dials move freely when the shaft is moved and the shaft springs back to zero. It seems to me ...that it works just fine, but for the purposes of this auction, it is not in working order. No returns will be given on this item.
I am relisting this item after the last high bidder failed to pay.
