This is a brand new unopened rare, 2012 San Diego Comic-Con Funko Pop! Marvel The Amazing Spider-Man Metallic Spider-Man 1/480 Piece Limited Edition. The item is in excellent overall condition in my opinion with some shelf wear. This is a Funko grail and absolute must for any serious Marvel collector.
