Good Historical Staffordshire plate - "Fair Mount Near Philadelphia" - 10 1/4" plate by Stubbs from his Spread Eagle Border series. Circa 1825. Blue underglaze mark on the reverse along with what appears to be museum ID marks. Nice transfer and good, strong color.
Condition is excellent with no damage or repair. A little spotty toning around the underside of the rim which does not show on the front. All in all, a very nice example of this view. Sa...tisfaction guaranteed.
