This is a vintage 1950s
RCA Victor 45-ey-2 Bakelite Deco tube 45 Record Player phonograph
This example is actually in pretty good shape cosmetically, the bakelite body looks ok and the metal top shows some wear but not too bad overall, I gave it a light cleaning but could use a much more detailed cleaning though the exterior still has a nice shine to it.
Phonograph has built in tube amp and speaker
It DOES have the volume knob and cardboard bottom cover still in place....
the tubes and chassis look like they are still OK
The TONE ARM has what appears to be a replacement cartridge installed but it is not wired up (came from an estate so the tech that had it may have retired or passed away before finishing the project.).
I did power it up slowly with a variac and turntable didn't turn and I didn't hear any sound so it will need restoring.
Look at the pictures before bidding as they are an important part of the description.
