I have been hauling these around for at least 30 years when I lived in Ohio I was a avid collector of early Woodwork’s Clocks these were found in a barn in western Pennsylvania And forgot I owned them ! now it’s time for a new home , I’m sure there’s somebody out there that can use these…
Set of 2 only, ( Believe me I spent hours looking for the third back in the day) Eli Terry pillar and scroll woodworks clock case brass finials This is a authentic old set of 2 matching... period brass finials that came together with a basket case Eli Terry pillar and scroll clock , the finials are in very good original condition with normal age expected wear and good patina. Both finials have the solder seam where they were sweated together from two separate castings, then turned. 1 you can see fairly easily, the other is so well done it’s a little harder to see, They are hollow in the middle, and have wooden dowels inserted in the bottom to mount to the case. finials measure 3 1/2" tall , Here is a great opportunity for somebody who may be missing one or possibly two or you can purchase a good quality single reproduction do you have a set these original early.
