Typically, the networks and/or studios would send images such as this to magazines and newspapers to help publicize a TV series, special or movie, as well as to fans who wrote in requesting a photo. The photo is NEW and was printed at a professional photo lab using a new dry chemical process. This allows for richer, more accurate color and clarity.
