An original printed and manuscript completed petition for money due to Revolutionary War veterans from depreciation for their service in the Continental Army, dated Hampshire, Massachusetts, March 2, 1792, and signed by PHINEAS KIMBALL. He may have been a wounded veteran, because he appoints BARTLETT HINDS as his agent for collection...... CAPTAIN BARTLETT HINDS [1755-1822], served in the Massachusetts Line during the Revolutionary War and was wounded in service. He transferred to the ...Corps of Invalids, and continued to represent wounded and disabled soldiers after the war.
