This is a beautiful vintage silver-plated jewelry box / trinket box made by Godinger Silver Art Co. in the shape of a rose in bloom with leaves on the base. Lined with red velvet, the silver plated box looks itself like a jewel. It is ideal to store your everyday jewels or that special item you care about. Beautiful decoration for a Vintage, Victorian, or Cottage decor! The box measures approximately 4.5 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall. It is marked Godinger on the unde...rside and retains the original sticker.
In very good vintage condition. No dents, dings, or deep scratches. Silver Plate shows very little wear. It has been lightly polished, but could use some additional fine detailing to really make it shine. The velvet lining is clean and securely attached to the piece, though there is one little tear in the lining of the cover. Felt lining and original sticker intact on the bottom.
