From the second series of Seiko’s iconic dive watches of the 1970s, this spotless example has been serviced by Jack Alexyon at International Watch Works and is in perfect running condition. All original except for the sapphire replacement crystal. Aside from a minor ding on the case back at the 9 o’clock position, the case is scratch-free. Has Seiko branded crown, unique to this series. Large cushion-shaped case is one of the most comfortable you can imagine on the wrist. Watch is ...mounted on an IWW soft rubber diving band with branded buckle. Dial, dial markers and hands have an even lume and are in fine condition. Timing bezel turns with just the right amount of friction. “Suwa” markings on the dial and case back indicate manufacture in Seiko’s Japan factory.Case size is 41mm wide by 49 lug-to-lug. Band width is 20mm.
