PLEASE READ ENTIRE AUCTION & RULES BEFORE BIDDING. Keep in mind that these items are vintage and used and may not be in perfect condition. We will not give refunds for issues not known to us. It is your responsibility to view all photos for any issues you may have with an item. If you don't see it, chances are neither did we and this is why all of our items are sold as-is. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES, CONTACT US BEFORE OPENING A CLAIM. IF YOU OPEN A CLAIM BEFORE MESSAGING US FIRST,... YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING ON ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS WITH US. If an item arrives damaged, you agree to file an insurance claim, before opening a claim with eBay (the whole reason that we require with everything we sell). Also, we do not sit at our computer all day, if you reach out to us we will get back to you as soon as we get back to our office.
Up for auction is this ladies vintage 14k color change sapphire and diamond ring. This appears to have been custom made. Please see condition. We are helping clear out an estate, please see all of our other auctions we will be listing over the next couple of days.
-Regarding our recent neutral/negative feedback:a) we sold an item that we believe was stolen from our inventory. This item couldn't be shipped out and this was explained to the customer and customer was immediately refunded.b) customer let us know that they believed the rings were a 1/4 size smaller. Even though our pictures clearly show them on a mandrel, we agreed to accept the return. The customer incorrectly completed the return and eBay was making them pay for the return shipping. Customer left negative feedback because they were mad at eBay and punished us for their error.c) we are not sure why we received neutral feedback for a good sale and happy customer.
-RING SIZE AND GRAM WEIGHT IS IN THE PICTURES. PLEASE SEE OUR OTHER ITEMS UP FOR AUCTION.
-Your scales may differ slightly in weight. I will not give any partial refunds if your scale shows a difference of anything less than a gram.
Rules of purchasing from us:
-All payments due within 3 days of auction end or immediate if using buy it now. If payment is not made within this time frame, I will contact the buyer on 3rd day and non paying bidder complaint will be filed with eBay automatically on the 4th day.
-All items are sold as-is. They are vintage or used and will all have wear. Pictures are considered part of description. Make sure to look at all pictures to determine the wear of all pieces and parts.
-Returns accepted if grossly misrepresented.
-Ask all questions prior to bidding.
-I ship all items via Priority Mail with insurance, to cover both sides. Signature confirmation for any items over $250.00 as required by eBay and PayPal. Please keep this in mind when looking at shipping costs.
-We combine shipping for multiple items purchased within three days of the earliest auction ending. For combined shipping you are charged the following:
1. (1) Priority Mail shipping charge. 2. Insurance charge for the full combined purchase amount. Keep in mind that this will always be included. 3. (1) Signature Confirmation charge if combined total goes over $250.00, no exceptions.
-We ship to US and eBay Global Shipping Centers.
