NEW, but the box has been opened and the elephant was on display so it has mild marks on the gold part. Each measure 4". Box is a little scuffed. Please see photos for details.
On the box it says:
"To maintain a flawless gold finish avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Due to the fragile nature of goldscuffing and scratches may occur over time."
