An aqua, rectangular, hand-blown, antique pharmacy bottle for
Hoffman's Witch Hazel.
J.L.Hoffman Co. Pharmaceutical Specialties Lab was located at 1413 &1415 Court St Allentown, PA, in the 1890's.
The embossed letters are clear and bold on a sunken front panel.
It measures 6-½" tall.
Excellent condition with no chips or cracks but there are a couple of bubbles, one in the body and one in the neck.
