A stunning and rare Banjo, or Banjolele with Art Nouveau mother of pearl inlaid decoration to the back of a winged lady, or possibly a fairy/butterfly girl. Beautifully crafted by Stentor, with inlay to the side surround - odd tiny bit of inlay is raised, but I'm being picky! Also the odd stain to edge. The drum cover has some odd bits of wear as shown in photos 6/7. Overall very nice vintage condition. Some strings are missing. Photos are part of description, but am happy to answer an...y questions before close of sale. Measures approx 24 inches in length. No case, just as seen.
