Condition wise, if you look under a strong looking glass you can see there is a tiny cross above the crown on the lower right, this cross is not as visible on the crown lower left... and not present at all on the top crown.
Definitely gold and twinkly, this is being sold as genuine solid gold and diamond. Sorry don't know carat/quality, to confirm, there are no markings.
Maybe a Royal commemorative? Act of union 1800, crowns of England, Scotland & Ireland? You can see a shamrock, a thistle on the right and a rose on the left.
There are three diamond chips beneath each crown, so nine in all and all are present.
