You are looking a Vintage Tin Wind Up Toy Train Trolly Car with Key Made in Western Germany. I'm not sure on who made the car because I do not see a maker mark other then made in western Germany. The toy looks to work it will wind up but I'm sure with being vintage it could use a oil job. I know nothing about the car this is a estate find but from what I can see it looks to be original on everything but then again I'm not a expert. The car has its wind up key but if its original to the... toy I do not known but it looks to work. The car shows it's appropriate patina also cosmetic wear from being pre-owned and its age. For a better description & sizes please look at the photos because this will be the item that you will be receiving. The cosmetic wear is scuffs, scratches, wear marks, surface rust, paint loss, stains, dusty & dirty also could use a cleaning which I will leave up to you.
