11x11", with many old folds. I didn't try to iron them out. Dark mark above sailor's head. Hand-painted nicely by a Yokosuka Japan artist, I assume. I can't tell if the last date number is a 9 or 0. Not as strong as the first nine, but not like the O's in Yokosuka either. I don't know the identity of the sailor.
