What you are looking at is a needle in a hay stack.I believe this is a 1 of 1 frame custom made by Colnago for perhaps a special client. There is no serial number, but you can see how genuine it is.This is an Extremely Rare Colnago Cyclocross / Touring Frame & Fork.The front fork can fit 32mm tires while the rear will clear a 30mm tire.The frame has mounts for Cantilever brakes.The paint is original stock paint!! a gorgeous shine of red....The rear stays and forks have built in (not added on) threaded eyelets for rack/fender mounts. You can even see one for a fender on the rear bridge.Campagnolo drop outs with the adjuster holes (will include adjust screws, but one is slightly bent)There are some tiny scuffs here and there but no dents to be found.Please note the original decals where removed because it was about to get re-painted, BUT it never got painted. So, new Colnago decals were installed, but the install isn't that pretty as it is slightly crooked and off line. Looks good far away. You can easily remove them and install new ones if you wish.

There is hardly any information out there for this rare frame. Colnago, from my knowledge never listed steel CX/touring frames in their catalog at the time. I have NEVER seen one with details of this caliber in the lugs, fork, stays for a "cyclocross/touring" Colnago rig.
