Original Photograph from John David ZUMBRUN (约翰·詹布鲁恩) (1875-1949) was an American photographer, born in Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania, USA. Zumbrun (sometimes spelled Zumbrum) served eight years in the United States Army before moving to Beijing. He set up and ran a commercial photography business... and studio, the Camera Craft Company, in the Legation District, Peking (Beijing) in 1910. The Camera Craft Co. published color post cards and photographs. Some of the original prints listed here were used for his Postcards he sold.
He was a talented photographer as many of his photos display. In 1929 Zumbrun left China for San Francisco.Approx 5.5 by 3.5 inches.Please see images for best description. Please see my other auctions for more photos.
