You are looking at classic vintage BlaupunktFrankfut Y chrome radio, with part number Y 793880.
„Frankfurt“ series are top of the line units made byBlaupunkt. This unit is from the rare Y-series, made in the late 60's in Germany.
With small chrome faceplate, and the chrome buttons&rings, was usually seen in high-end cars of the era, like Porsche, Mercedes, Aston Martin, BMW, VW and other greats.
As can be seen in the images, it comes in very nice cosmetic condition,... especially considering its age - very well preserved.
Without rust on the casing.
Illuminated - as pictured. The scale is fully functional.
Fully working with great reception and very clear and loud sound. Station memory is also in order.
With DIN - port on the back side (6-DIN).
