This auction is for 2 Vintage 1950-60s Christmas Santa Claus Mercury Dime Savers. They are made by Banthrico for Decatur, IL Soy Capital Bank. Condition is "Used" due to the condition, but I’m not sure if they were actually used. Shipped with USPS First Class.I believe these are rare, because I’ve never seen other ones with Santa and a Mercury dime on the front. I took a close-up of the dime so you can see it clearly with the last picture.I am guessing they were not used, but not s...ure. There are no indents on either side that show it was used. In addition, it seems like they have not been fully closed shut. If I hold it up, it does not bend much at the seam.Please note that one has water damage. It is far more visible from the inside then the outside. The other one has a small hole where Santa’s bag meets his arm on the cover. This is captured in the next to last picture.I am estimating this to be about 8 inches tall and 8 inches wide.Please see all photos for detailed images of the condition of this item.
