Here is the Dumas Products 26" model kit of a 46' Chris Craft. This appears to be one of the original Dumas kits with 1947 dates on the instructions. Gas engine with accessories and other fittings not included in the kit were available at extra cost, should the original buyer have desired (the last page of the instructions is a price list). Great piece of modeling history.
This kit includes everything listed on the box inventory except for the original cement and flag. The inve...ntory is as follows:
Full Size Exterior Plans 20 Feet Printed, East To Cut Parts 22 Feet Balsa Planking For Hull And Super Structure Cast Twin Propellers Shellac Brush (present, but bristles are gone)BladeShaft Wire Copper Trim Wire SandpaperCement (missing)Flag (missing)4 Page Instruction, etc Detailed Drawings of Interior
The box is in very good condition with some staining on the box art (see photo). Just a great vintage model kit.
