Gorgeous colourful hand embroidered pictures of English country thatched cottages, gardens & oast houses (most likely Kent where hops were grown).
Both are framed with the same style of gilt coloured frames by "Heritage Galleries" Surrey.A variety of stitches have been used with an expert hand.
Measures:1) 9" x 9.5" (23cm x 24cm)2) 9.5" x 6.5" (24cm x 17cm)*note: the frame has glass wh...ich makes it really tricky to photograph without reflections & also to capture the colours.
