US Navy Air Traffic Controller 2nd Class formal dinner dress jacket. It measures 16 inches shoulder to shoulder, 18 inches armpit to armpit and 24 inches shoulder to cuff. Has some stains and some pen marks on the sleeve, but still in good condition. (B1)
