Beautiful vinyl head Nancy Ann Muffie doll with pretty blue sleep eyes that open and close as they should. Nice coloring on her cheeks. Straight legs. I believe she is from 1956. Her vinyl head is marked Nancy Ann but her hard plastic Muffie body is unmarked. She has honey blonde hair in it’s original style and is wearing what appears to be her original outfit. Brown blouse with brown print skirt, both have donut snaps in back. Outfit is not tagged. Pet...ticoat, undies, socks and matching brown Muffie shoes. Slimming down my collection.
