PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY...Hard to find 9" tall "powerized" climbing Batman action figure made by Remco and dated 1979. He is in really nice shape, works fine and comes in the original box with instruction sheet & yellow cardboard box insert. He is missing his laser spotlight accessory and the "stick-on" label that is mentioned in the yellow star on the front of the box. His thin vinyl cape has a LONG tear/split near the top/neck area that almost spans the entire leng...th of the cape (see attached pic). The box is in fairly nice shape with some edge/corner wear/scuffs and there is a 2" curved tear in the thin cello "window" on the front of the box.This figure is fully licensed by DC Comics and dated 1979.
