This Creek Chub Flip Flap, series #4400 Wooden Fishing Lure was part of my grandfather’s fishing stuff, and was made from 1935-1940. I found it in his large metal bi-fold tackle box among some other neat old lures. I know nothing about lures, but another serious lure collector gave me the correct information about this lure - Thank You! I do know it is wood, too, because there is some paint/finish chipped off from use, along with other evidence of use. Please ask any questions before... bidding, because I don’t know anything about lures.
