The green Aynsley back stamp is on both pieces.
Design: Both lightly scalloped pieces feature gold filigree against a turquoise base. Although the pattern numbers are different, the patterns are very similar. The cup is a slightly lighter shade of turquoise; that can be seen in the photos and it accounts for the low price. Insi...de the cup is a bouquet of beautifully painted violets.
The cup has the pattern number 2917. The saucer has the pattern number C548.
Condition: Both pieces are in overall excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, scratches or repairs. There are several small white spots on the turquoise section of the saucer.
Size: The cup is 2 5/8 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches wide at the opening. The saucer is 5 5/8 inches in diameter.
