Old Metal Phallus Talisman Amulet Ancient Roman Or Greek Erotic Fertility Charm

Up for auction is this old fertility charm. I am not sure where it originated from. It almost looks to be a similar style to some Ancient Greek or Roman pieces that I have seen. It seems phallic pendants were popular there. I believe that it is some kind of amulet that would have been used to ward off spirits that hinder fertility. These were common in the ancient days, but I’m not sure if this is ancient or not. The detail of it makes me think that it is likely a modern edition. Pos...sibly made for the tourist trade or as a museum replica. It is made of metal and appears to be somewhat crudely made. It looks sharp! Don’t pass it up!
