Action Building set by Kenner 1977. Appears to be almost complete. Although instructions are included there is no item piece listing. Only that the set contains over 520 pieces. Here is what is included: Bases 5, Panels 142, Girders 394, Roof Panels 16, Elevator/crank/guard rails 8, Flags 5, Flag poles 4, signs 10, people 3 which comes to a total of 587 pieces.
