Antique Paper Mache Bald Headed Pink Character with shiny Red Nose toy Party Favor Pipe made in Germany.
It has a matte finish and is hand painted. Likely a party favor from long ago. It is at least over 50 years old.Nose is pinned through front of face, so it has a charming wobbly movement to it.This looks like a toy horn favor, but has no reed, so there is no sound.
Stamped "Made in Germany" on the side.
