~ VINTAGE OVERSIZE OPERA MOONPHASE WATCH ~
Up for sale - a rare vintage automatic Opera triple date moonphase watch, just freshly cleaned and serviced and ready to wear. The 25 jewel Felsa 693 automatic movement operates correctly as do the pushers and all calendar functions. Day and month displays are in French. This watch dates back to the mid 1950s time frame. It is housed in a jumbo sized 37.15mm wide gold filled case, excluding the crown. Not too many of these extra-large ...vintage moonphase calendars around anymore! The ivory dial is very nice and the acrylic crystal is excellent and clear. See pictures to assess overall condition. The watch comes on a lightly used beige leather strap as pictured.
