Aneveryday functional Yixing teapot.Vintage.Never used.The Yixingteapot has a perfectly round body. It has a hand carved a floral design on theside. There are three indecipherable Chinese characters next to the design.Thelid is shaped as a the top of a pumpkin with a stem.Thehandle is shaped as a vine. Artist’s Zhou Chengyi (周成易) stampon the base. I understand he was a young artist when I bought it in the 1970s. Youcan goggle his work on the internet.Thispot could be cons...idered as a Hui Liu 回流 pot or Chinesetreasures found overseas.Itis a functional teapot intended for everyday use. It has however never beenused.Excellentnew condition.Measurement:18 cm (L) x 12 cm (W) x 10 cm (H)Weight:328gramsAsin most antiques, there are inevitably some imperfections that are hard todetect.
