Rare and absolutely stunning Bradley and Hubbard Cherub Battling Winged Griffin Banquet Lamp Circa 1890. The base of this banquet lamp consists of four paw feet supporting a square alabaster slab at the corners. The font holder is cast in four sections and consists of cherubs battling winged griffins, marked with Pat. Apl'd For". The oil font is a central draft type that rests freely inside the holder. The font holder is stamped "Pat. Apl'd For" in four places. The wick riser... is embossed with "Pat. Apl'd For" and the oil cap says "B.&H." The flame spreader is embossed with "B&H, Pat'd July 1 90, June 2 96." The lamp comes with a beautiful floral globe (approx. 9" in diameter) and a 12" chimney. It's approx. 3 ft. tall to the top of chimney. The base is 9" wide. All other parts also in excellent condition.
