Circa 1905 Wrigley’s Soap Tip Tray with Black Cat Mascot RARE!. Tip Tray advertising for Wrigley’s Soap Company of Philadelphia. This company was owned by the father of William Wrigley Jr. (who worked at the soap company before his own great success with Wrigley’s Gum). This is a very presentable example of an extremely rare tray. When I blow up pictures I see fine surface crazing and on the back is remnants of an old price sticker (which no doubt can be removed if desired). Not ...perfect but overall in very good condition and display beautifully! (which is why I bought it long ago). This is a very rare tip tray which I see when offered has sold for many many hundreds of dollars at auction. Dimensions: a tiny bit bigger than 3 1/2” in diameter (about 3 9/16 inches).
