You are actually buying Boxed Jupiter Ace 4000 vintage computer
The power supply is missing and some original wiring might be as well.
The physical condition is near mint. It has spend its whole life in its box, in the basement of a passed away friend who collected the belongings of the original owner... decades ago.<...br>
The box has seen better days but it's so rare to see a unit like that with its box. You have to have it!
Remember that 800 of those has been reported to be manufactured in 1983 and that very little boxes survived up to this day.
Since i'm not much experienced with those devices, I prefer to not try test it and find a compatible power supply myself. I'm quite sure that you, buyer, will have more knowledge than I to properly testing or maintaining it functional if any repair is ever needed.
I know that the original owner was the kind of guy that would buy all new computer at that time... but would never use them himself as he was counting on his daughter to help him with the fascinating technologies. Things that she never had an interest in.
