Service Technician professionally removed from BN20 printer since then I soaked it in cleaning fluid hopefully the black pigment ink will give better quality. Before soaking the test print are exactly like picture but since I do not have a machine to install and test it therefore I am selling as it is with no return and re-fund. Special care will be taken during shipping and prevent print head from dry out.
