The Original LAVA 16 In Purple Wave Motion Machine Vintage! Original box, tube with liquid, motorized base, and cord. Complete! 16 inch tube with purple lava and purple-clear base! This unit is in great condition!
I have tested the unit! The base works (wheel moves back and fourth) and the ocean sound and volume adjustment are working! I just can’t get the lava tube balanced correctly. I believe this is because too much liquid has evaporated from the tube over time (extra liquid c...an be purchased online). When I put the tube of liquid on the roller base and turn it on, the liquid rolls downward, and then when it goes to roll the other way, the tube either falls off or does not go all the way over and consequently, does not roll back to other side.The tube is is great condition with no cracks or leaks!This is a very nice looking unit and a rare vintage piece!
