No one played with the doll, undressed or combed her hair, she was only taken out of the box because the box was badly damaged during shipment. I send worldwide via registered mail with tracking nu...mber.It usually takes about 2-6 weeks to arrive to USA, Canada, Japan, almost all European countries.Please note: due to the quarantine, there may be delays!
