Rare Continental Large Carriage Typewriter.
Serial #49053. Based on the serial number, it appears to be from 1911.
I have done nothing to the machine at all. It is large and heavy. This is a beautiful restoration opportunity. It is not in working condition. The carriage is loose and the keys aren't working although the space bar works (however, it does not move the carriage).
I am listing four large carriage machines; this one is my personal favorite....r>Please look at all pictures. This is sold AS-IS.
