Rare 1914 cover from Chengtu, Sichuan province to Shanghai. Affixed with a Republic of China Junk 3c stamps tied by CHENTU 15 AUG 14 bilingual cds. Back and front with SHANGHAI LOCAL POST and CHENHGTU bilingual cds, a rare red Shanghai Chinese cds and "RETUNRED TO WRITTER".
