DC-7C SAS AIRPLANE
You are bidding on an old DC-7C SAS (Scandinavian Airline System) airplane. It is friction operated and made in Japan (Yonezawa) in the late 1950s or early 1960s. It measures about 9" long (23cm) and has a wing span 10.25" (26cm). The plane is in nice, played with condition. The colorful body and wings show wear from use and age (a couple of paint chips here and there, light scratches and couple of tiny dings). The friction operated motor works nicely and the plan...e moves forward smoothly with the props spinning. Please note, only the left wing two props spin as designed. The right wing inner prop tries but does only if you pull the plane backwards. The right wing outer prop does not even try. No missing parts. No box. A very seldom seen airplane.
