RARE Marshal Wells Marswells Boy Scout Back Pack 1900's Leather Canvas Camping
Here is a very early Boy Scout canvas bag or back pack. It has stenciled letters and numbers on it. It's says Scout Marswells Pack 3306 P". The leather straps are still very pliable and nice. The buckles are good. Rivets are stamped with "Zenith" on them. There is a small rip in the canvas and leather (same spot) that measures 1 inch in the leather and another hal...f inch in the canvas. The entire pack measures approx 13" across by 21 inches long when laid flat. Inside the bag is a canvas divider so you have two sections. A really neat piece of Scouting Memorabilia, there are no others listed right now on Ebay and very little information on the net for them. Knapsack BSA Early Camping Antique Vintage.
