Antique 18th Century Ironstone Mug with Turkey Head. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. The small cup or mug is approximately 2..5 in in height and width not inc. the handle.  There is a small crack on the inside near the handle but does not go through to the outside.  The head on the bird is that of a wild turkey instead of an eagle. The two birds painted on the item are slightly different and opposite side has "Prosper  Freedom" on it.  This is an early piece from t...he time that their was discussion in this country ro change the national bird from Eagle to Wild Turkey.
