This is a RARE MINT 16mm LOW FADE LPPand CINEMASCOPE print of REEL ONE (the first FORTY MINUTES) of “TRAIL OF THEPINK PANTHER”, a 1982 United Artists release, written and directed by BLAKEEDWARDS, starring PETER SELLERS. This is ALL of the new PETER SELLERS footagethat director EDWARDS used for this oddball attempt at resurrecting the PINKPANTHER series. It has some hilarious sequences, plus a great animated titlesection. Print is in MINT condition, with NO lines, NO splices, and N...O vinegar.In fact, it can NEVER get vinegar, because it’s printed on mylar (polyester)stock. And it looks GREAT in CINEMASCOPE. This is the COMPLETE 16mm REEL ONE, with all of its original heads and tails leaders. It’s mounted on one full 1600ft. reel. If you know this movie, you know that all you need of this film iscontained in its first forty minutes. A terrific collectible.
